ProMed Patient Registration Scanning integrates directly with your existing HIS registration system and is launched by a simple hotkey, enabling your registration staff to easily scan and digitize driver license and insurance card. Advanced image processing and enhanced barcode recognition reduce the time needed for document prep and manual indexing. The solution automatically pulls index information from your registration screen, eliminating the need for additional data entry.

Simply place the document on the scanner and click the on-screen button to select the document type. Previously stored images for the patient can be immediately access, eliminating the need to re-scan. Account or encounter number is updated automatically for the existing image(s).
